FLM Multiple Bushings


OPEN FLOW MULTIPLE BUSHINGS

In the field of thermoplastic moulding material, INJECTION POINT has developed the FLM3, FLM7, FLM10 bushings. All FLM components are totally interchangeable each other.
In this way we can meet the considerations for quality and cost with respect to new bushings and maintenance. The bushing heater is supplied by a spiral heater and separate thermocouple machined inside the bushing, at the front, to ensure better temperature control of the bushing.

In case of:

  • using filled thermoplastic material the FLM can be supplied with titanium coated tip and body
  • using thermoplastic material as PVC and Fluorpolymers the FLM3, FLM7, FLM10 can be supplied in special alloy steels

Tips:

  • Please contact our Design Department to define both the injection feed hole size and the tip diameter
  • In addition to dimensions shown on the following page bushings can be manufactured for special applications and to different lengths
